Hi, I’m Taylor Baroni — a Southern California–based licensed cosmetologist with more than 10 years of experience behind the chair. I specialize in custom color and barbering, and I’ve become the stylist people come to when others “just can’t get it right.” I create a safe, judgment-free space for clients who may feel nervous or traumatized from past experiences, and I’ve built my career on truly listening, restoring trust, and delivering results that make people feel beautiful and confident.
Over the years, I’ve learned that great hair isn’t just technical — it’s personal. Healthy hair, strong communication, and intentional technique create transformations that last far beyond the appointment. That belief led me to education. I’m passionate about helping fellow stylists gain confidence in their skills, understand the “why” behind the techniques, and feel empowered to better support their clients’ needs. Through approachable education, my goal is to elevate the craft, deepen client relationships, and inspire stylists to create hair that both looks and feels incredible.
Kendal Sandoval
I am a seasoned barber and cosmetologist born and raised in San Diego, with more than twenty years of professional experience in the barbering industry. My passion for hair began early, starting as a teenager experimenting with color and styling, and has developed into a long-standing career dedicated to technical excellence and continuous growth. My commitment to the craft led me to serve as an educator with the California Hair Design Academy for three years, where I had the privilege of training and mentoring aspiring professionals. Throughout my career, I have remained focused on mastering advanced techniques and delivering a consistently high standard of service to every client.
My professional mission extends beyond creating polished cuts and refined styles; it centers on restoring confidence and elevating the self-esteem of those who sit in my chair. I take pride in creating transformative experiences, especially in that defining “wow” moment when a client sees their finished look and feels renewed. With over two decades in the field, I approach every appointment with a blend of expertise, precision, and genuine care. Barbering is not only my profession — it is my passion, my purpose, and the foundation of the meaningful connections I build with each client.
Dee Dee Rodriguez
My name is Dee Dee Rodriguez, and I’m a licensed Barber and Cosmetologist in the State of California. I trained at Associated Barber College and Bellus Academy, and I’ve been in this industry since 2011. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve loved the beauty world — the hair, the transformations, the confidence it creates. Teaching has been my life’s passion, and over the years I’ve built my name on precision, creativity, and a deep love for the craft. I’m a certified Milady Master Educator, known for my shear work and the way I break things down so my students can feel the technique, not just watch it.
I’ve taught in both cosmetology and barbering programs, pouring into students with energy, clarity, and a real passion for guiding their growth. I’m also a dedicated mobile stylist, pulling up wherever my clients need me. Teaching isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. Helping future barbers and cosmetologists level up, find their confidence, and step into their greatness is what keeps me going. And trust, “I didn’t come this far to only come this far.”
